Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Paprika Beef & Crispy Potato Bowls.
Hope you have all had a good week so far. It is nice to take sometime out to just focus on updating the website – it is definitely my happy place! The world is a strange place at the moment with all this COVID-19 trouble – I’m attempting to be sensible given all my underlying medical conditions.
Tonight’s recipe is for this simple but delicious little bowl of food. I’ve paired smokey beef strips and vegetables with crispy roast potatoes. All prepped, cooked and on the table in 30 minutes.
