Today’s recipe is for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Blueberry Cinnamon Baked Oats – it is really just another way to have porridge but this tastes more like a special treat.  I’ll celebrate anything that is nutritious but tastes a little bit like cake.  You can make this recipe with any fruit that you have in the fridge – it doesn’t have to be blueberries.

Hopefully that is the end of the stormy weather for a while.  I had an early flight to London on Monday morning – the take off in torrential rain and strong winds wasn’t the most pleasant.  Never mind I made it in one piece and when we got through the clouds and the sunrise was gorgeous.

Blueberry Cinnamon Baked Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Put on twist on your traditional morning porridge and try out my easy recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Blueberry Cinnamon Baked Oats



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 oC

  2. Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon and blueberries

  3. Divide between 2 individual casserole dishes

  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes

  5. Enjoy warm, I topped mine with a little whipped coconut cream and fresh blueberries
