Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free French Bread Pizza.
When my sister and I were little girls we used to have a Findus French Bread pizza as a treat every now and again. I absolutely loved them, but along with Super Mousse, are foods confined to my 1980s childhood.
I picked up some part baked gluten free half baguettes in M&S the other day. The shape and look of them made me think of French bread pizza so I made them for lunch the other day. I think I’m pretty close to my memory of the childhood original – minus the gluten and dairy of course.
