Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Apple and Maple Pancakes.

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend. Got a busy few days ahead with website stuff – still working on finishing my Cake book, working on the logistics of getting my first book sold in print form and I head down to London for the Allergy and Free From Show.

You all know how much I love my pancakes so thought I would share with you this little recipe I made for breakfast this morning.

Apple and Maple Pancakes (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 10 min Total Time 20 mins Servings: 2 Best Season: Fall



  1. In a large bowl stir together the flour and caster sugar

  2. Beat the egg and stir into the flour mix

  3. Gradually whisk in the milk until you have a smooth batter

  4. Stir in the little apple pieces

  5. Heat a drizzle of oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat

  6. Add a quarter of the mix into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on each side

  7. Repeat until you have cooked all the pancakes

  8. Top with the maple syrup
