Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Sage Flatbreads. Tasty gluten and dairy free flatbreads, these are great served with salad or can be sliced open, similar to pitta breads, and filled with anything you choose.
I like to serve with with a simple roast chicken and hummus. The flatbread is perfect as a side dish for dipping. They can also be used to double up as mini pizza base. Just add on a simple marinara sauce and top with your favourite dairy free cheese.
