Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Hearty Breakfast Bowl.
I made this hearty breakfast bowl for Sunday brunch. It is the perfect sharing dish or have it all to yourself if you have an appetite as big as I do!
It is made up of some ingredients I had in the fridge at the time but you easily substitute elements of the dish to suit your tastes.

Hearty Breakfast Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add in the cubed potatoes
Boil until tender, about 10 minutes
Drain away the water
Add the potatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, onion, pepper, garlic, bacon and paprika into shallow pan
Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes
Stir in the dairy free cheese then transfer the potato mix to a serving bowl
Whisk together the egg, dairy free milk, basil and seasoning
Scramble the egg in a pan for a couple of minutes
Top the potatoes with the scrambled egg, spring onion, tomatoes, avocado and a sprinkle of chilli flakes
