Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Edible Cookie Dough.
I’ve developed this recipe as a few of you have asked me if I have a raw cookie dough recipe. You can just eat this as is for a treat or dessert. It also works well chopped into little pieces and stirred through some dairy free ice cream.
If raw cookie dough isn’t your thing then you can bake these cookies in the oven at 180 oC for about 12 minutes.

Edible Cookie Dough (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Microwave the flour for 20 seconds and set aside
Whisk together the caster sugar, peanut butter and dairy free spread
Stir in the gluten free flour and dairy free milk until you have a cookie dough ball
Divide into 8 balls and place into a bowl
I topped mine with some dairy free dark chocolate
