Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten & Dairy Free Cranberry and Rosemary Cheese Dip.
If you are dairy free it can be quite difficult to get a good range of dips that are suitable. I usually stick to salsa and homemade guacamole but often crave something more creamy. I’ve used dairy free cream cheese I picked up at the supermarket and have flavoured it with garlic, rosemary and cranberries.
You can enjoy this as a sharing starter or for a light lunch – only takes a couple of minutes to prepare. I served my dip with gluten free crackers, gluten free pretzels and some sliced apple. I’m thinking the next time I make this I might go with crispy smoked bacon and chive flavour.
