Welcome to my latest recipe for this delicious Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Raspberry Smoothie.

I made a whistle stop trip down to London but I still managed to fit in my favourite gluten free treats at Leon’s and Honest Burger.

I adore Honest Burger and always make sure I have time for a visit I when I’m down in London.  They have amazing gluten free buns, proper burgers, rosemary salt chips and amazing gluten free onion rings (a rare find in a restaurant).

My website optimisation isn’t going that great and I think I’m heading towards having to migrate the website to a different hosting provider.  It proper stresses me out – I love doing the recipe development, photography and writing but I’m not that keen (or know what I’m doing) when it comes to the technical elements of the website.

Anyway back to today’s recipe for this Cinnamon Rapsberry Smoothie.  Smoothies aren’t just for summer – although it is really cold outside just now (it was actually fluttering some snow on my way home last night).

To make it a little more wintery, I’ve added in some cinnamon.  This gives the raspberries a lovely warming flavour.  I’ve also hidden some greens in there as well, if you are childish like me and still need them hidden.
