Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Apple & Pomegranate Porridge.
I woke up the other day and had a craving for porridge. I realised it had been ages since I actually made it for breakfast. This time I used almond milk and added in some grated apple, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and topped with some pomegranate seeds. A perfect start to the day.

Apple & Pomegranate Porridge (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Mix the oats, milk or water, grated apple and maple syrup in a small saucepan

Bring to the boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes

Pour into a bowl and top with the pomegranate seeds and a some extra sliced apple (optional)

Serve immediately
