Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for Gluten and Dairy Free Cola Ice-Cream Float. I used to have this as a treat when I was a child, I’m not sure what made me think of it recently. The recipe will give you ice-cream that serves about 8 but it can easily be kept in the freezer.

Cola Ice-Cream Float (Gluten & Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Whip the egg yolks, vanilla and sugar together until thick and creamy

Place the milk into a medium sized saucepan and bring to the boil

Add the milk to the eggs and sugar while stirring continuously

Return to the pan and cook over a low heat until thickened

Remove from the heat and allow to cool

Chill in the fridge

Churn in an ice-cream maker for 20 minutes or place in the freezer

Pour a glass of cola and add two scoops of ice-cream
