Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes

In a large pan place the olive oil and garlic on a medium heat

Add the chorizo and chicken and cook for 5 minutes

Add in the onion and pepper

Saute for 5 minutes

In a small saucepan place the passata, cream, mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper

Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes

Pour the sauce and pasta into the chorizo and chicken mix

Place into a casserole dish and top with the grated cheese

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
