Instructions

Place a large saucepan with the olive oil, over a medium heat

Brown the chicken for 5 minutes

Stir in the garlic, paprika, onion, pepper, chorizo and chilli flakes

Saute for 5 minutes

Stir in the potatoes, chicken stock and chopped tomatoes

Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender

Season with salt and pepper
