White Chocolate & Raspberry Madeleines (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Whisk together the eggs, honey and caster sugar for a couple of minutes

Stir in the baking powder, flour, raspberries and melted dairy free spread

Grease a silicone madeleine mould
-
Fill each mould 3/4 full

Bake for 12 minutes
-
Remove gently from the mould and allow to cool completely
-
Dip the end of each madeleine into the melted chocolate
-
Allow the chocolate to set before serving
