Pumpkin and Chilli Spaghetti (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

Cook the pasta per the instructions on the packet

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan

Saute the garlic, chilli and onion for a couple of minutes

Stir in the pumpkin puree, milk and rosemary

Cook for 5 minutes

Season with salt and pepper

Stir through the cooked pasta and serve immediately
