  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat
  2. Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add the onion and garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes
  4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, oregano, paprika, chicken stock and sugar
  5. Bring to the boil and simmer until the sauce has reduced and thickened
  6. Season with salt and pepper
  7. Stir through the cook spaghetti
