Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Raspberry Chia Pudding.

Thanks to everyone that’s has taken the time to fill out the poll I currently have running on social media about the 7 day meal plans.  I’ve been doing the website for 5 years now and I want to  make sure I always take the time to ensure that what I do is useful for people.  The poll finishes on Saturday but so far there has been an overwhelming ‘yes’ to keep doing the meal plans.  I’ll look to update the website so they have a section they can all be stored in for you to browse them easily.

I’ve shared quite a few breakfast recipes that are easy to prep ahead as I’m in a rush at breakfast time at least 5 days a week!  I’ve layered thick raspberry smoothie with creamy chia oats for a healthy (and pretty) start to the day.

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup

  2. Chill in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours

  3. Make the raspberry layer by blending together the milk, oats, raspberries and bananas

  4. Pour the raspberry smoothie into a glass and top with the chia seeds
