Hello everyone, tonight’s recipe is a for a super easy Gluten Free and Dairy Free One Pot Chicken Arrabbiata. I know it is not the traditional way to make pasta but sometimes life calls for an easy meal you can make in one pot! I also kept the leftovers for an easy lunch the next day.
I’ve currently got a gluten and dairy free marbled coffee cake in the oven just now. Hopefully it works out well as it is for family tomorrow. It smells good which is always a good sign – I just need to have a think about how I top it. I’ll post a photo if it all comes together.

One Pot Chicken Arrabbiata (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a medium sized saucepan

Place on a medium sized heat

Add in the diced chicken breast, pepper, onion, garlic and chilli

Saute for 5 minutes

Add in the pasta, passata, chicken stock, oregano, seasoning and red wine

Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked
