Morning everyone, welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten Free & Dairy Free Omelette Waffles.
Hope you are all having a good week so far – mine has been super busy catching up after a week out of the office. I thought I would start today by posting a new breakfast recipe for omelette waffles. When I make waffles they are usually always sweet and more often than not involve peanut butter in some way.
I’ve used a basic omelette mixture to make these fluffy waffles and topped them with crushed avocado, smoked bacon, tomatoes and dairy free cheese.

Omelette Waffles (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
A twist on traditional waffles made with eggs
Heat up the waffle iron to medium
In a bowl beat the eggs
Season with salt and pepper
Stir in the milk, cheese and oregano
Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray
Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until golden
I served mine with crushed avocado, crispy bacon, tomato and dairy free cheese
