Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Glazed Sausages with Apple Slaw.
I made this recipe ages ago and forgot to upload it to the website. This is a really simple but tasty dinner idea. Lovely sticky glazed sausages on top of a fresh apple slaw.
I moaned a bit in my last post about having a torn cornea in my eye. I’ve had a fun weekend of treatment for that and I’m now sitting typing this out looking like a pirate with an eye patch.

Glazed Sausages with Apple Slaw (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
For the sausages:
For the apple slaw:
To serve:
Instructions

Whisk together the honey and mustard

Brush the sausages with the honey glaze

Cook the sausages in a shallow pan over a medium heat for about 12-15 minutes

To make the slaw, mix together the mayonnaise and vinegar, season with salt and pepper

Stir in the cabbage, onion, apple, carrot and chives

Serve with the glazed sausages and chips
