Gingerbread Granola (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150 oC

Heat the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, treacle and oil in a small saucepan for 5 minutes

Place the oats in a large bowl and pour in the syrup mix

Stir until well coated

Spread out a large baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes

Remove from the oven and stir the oats
-
Return to the oven for 10 minutes

Allow to cool then stir in the sultanas
