Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Raisin French Toast.

Today’s recipe is for a breakfast favourite of mine – French Toast! For a little twist I’ve used gluten free spiced fruit bread which I got from the supermarket. As we all know sometimes gluten free bread can be less than ideal so using it to make French Toast works well.

Cinnamon Raisin French Toast (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients

Whisk together the egg, dairy free milk, cinnamon and caster sugar

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a shallow pan. Dip both sides of the fruit bread in the egg mix

Fry in the pan for a couple of minutes each side or until golden brown
