Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Beef Goulash.
It’s a good evening in the Kennedy household – my gluten free bread delivery has arrived. I’m happy I now have a freezer full of delicious bagels, bread and rolls and Ollie cat is delighted he has a cardboard box to sit in. About 5 months ago I decided to stop buying gluten free bread from the supermarket and moved to doing an order from an online bakery every 6 weeks. For me finding decent bread is the hardest thing about being a coeliac so after many years I’ve managed to sort something out that works for me. Although Ollie has come out of the box now and is just sitting staring at me as I type this:
Tonight’s recipe is for hearty beef goulash which always make me think of my sister. I was still at school when my sister started university in Dundee so I would sometimes take the train up from Stirling to visit her. In her first year she was in the university accommodation and they always seemed to serve (a very watery) beef goulash for dinner. I can guarantee this is a tastier version.
