For the last week I’ve been addicted to smoothie bowls. I feel like they start the day in the right direction even though I stray off into the snack cupboard by mid afternoon.

Banana, Peanut Butter and Coconut Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Place the dairy free milk, coconut yoghurt, frozen banana and peanut butter in a blender

Blitz until smooth

Pour into a bowl and top with the gluten free granola and dessicated coconut
