Welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Apple Crumble Danish.
After being diagnosed with coeliac and a dairy allergy I thought delicious breakfast pastries was off the menu for good. I eventually managed to get a flakey pastry recipe I was happy with but it took so long to do I didn’t often make it. Luckily you can now buy gluten and dairy free pastry sheets in the supermarket which means you can you have delicious breakfast pastries on the table in about 20 minutes.
This apple danish has a lovely crisp pastry layer topped with apple sauce, baked sliced apples, a sprinkle of crisp crumble and all topped with a drizzle of glaze.
