Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for  Gluten and Dairy Free Cinnamon Sugar Cookies.

These cookies are a lovely little sweet treat. They are lighter than light in the middle with a slight crispness to the outside. They are also really quick and easy to prepare making them a winner every time.

For the cookies:

For the cinnamon sugar:


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 oC

  2. Beat together the dairy free spread, caster sugar and egg

  3. Stir in the gluten free flour, cream of tartar and baking soda

  4. Place the cookie dough in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes

  5. In a small bowl mix together the 2 tablespoons of caster sugar and ground cinnamon

  6. Divide the cookie dough into 12 small balls

  7. Roll the cookie dough balls in the cinnamon sugar

  8. Place on a lined baking sheet and flatten gently into disc shapes

  9. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes

  10. Place on a wire rack to cool
