Today’s recipe is for a Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Pie Smoothie.

This recipe is probably a little bit out of season but then again I always seem to have a spare can of pumpkin puree in the cupboard.  This smoothie is lovely and creamy with a gentle hint of spice.

  1. Place the pumpkin puree, banana, dairy free milk, honey/agave, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender
  2. Blitz until smooth and creamy
  3. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately
