Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Potato & Chicken Sausage Hash.

It has been a busy but fun few days with my niece’s first birthday.  I’m very happy she liked her cake – I’ll share how I made it next week incase any of you have a birthday coming up you wish to bake for.

I’m hoping to have a lazy Sunday getting caught up on the website and working on some new ideas.

This morning’s recipe is for a simple but very tasty breakfast bowl.  It makes a perfect brunch dish on a Sunday.

Potato & Chicken Sausage Hash (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 mins Cook Time 30 mins Total Time 40 mins

Best Season: Winter

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender, drain and set aside
  2. Slice the chicken sausages into rings
  3. In a shallow pan over a medium heat add a drizzle of olive oil
  4. Add in the garlic, paprika, onion, pepper and the sausages
  5. Saute for 5 minutes
  6. Add in the potatoes and sauté for 10 minutes
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper
  8. Divide between two bowls and top with the sliced avocado and chilli flakes
