Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Potato & Chicken Sausage Hash.
It has been a busy but fun few days with my niece’s first birthday. I’m very happy she liked her cake – I’ll share how I made it next week incase any of you have a birthday coming up you wish to bake for.
I’m hoping to have a lazy Sunday getting caught up on the website and working on some new ideas.
This morning’s recipe is for a simple but very tasty breakfast bowl. It makes a perfect brunch dish on a Sunday.

Potato & Chicken Sausage Hash (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Place the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender, drain and set aside

Slice the chicken sausages into rings

In a shallow pan over a medium heat add a drizzle of olive oil

Add in the garlic, paprika, onion, pepper and the sausages

Saute for 5 minutes

Add in the potatoes and sauté for 10 minutes

Season to taste with salt and pepper

Divide between two bowls and top with the sliced avocado and chilli flakes
