Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Peanut Butter & Jelly Waffle Sandwiches.
I’m back going through a phrase of using my waffle iron again – it happens every few months or so! This time I’ve been making these lovely little peanut butter and jelly waffles sandwiches – they are perfect to enjoy any time of the day.
If you don’t have a waffle iron you can use this recipe to make pancakes and top them with the peanut butter and jelly.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Waffle Sandwiches (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Beat together the egg, dairy free spread and milk
Whisk in the flour and caster sugar
Pour batter into a pre heated waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown
Sandwich the waffles together using the peanut butter and strawberry jam
