I’m not sure why but I find that lunch is the most difficult meal of the day for me to get inspired for new gluten and dairy free recipes.
This simple pasta salad can easily be prepared the night before for a packed lunch the next day.

Mix together the chilli, paprika, natural yoghurt, mayo, olive oil and lime juice

Stir in the chicken, pasta, pepper and spring onions
