Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Almond Butter Bites.

These are so simple to make I actually feel a bit cheeky calling this a recipe as it only has two ingredients.  They are a quick little snack to prepare on a Sunday night and do me for snacks for the rest of the week.

You can make these with any type of nut butter, it doesn’t have to be almond butter, peanut and cashew would work fine as well.  If you can’t have nuts you could try one of the nut free alternatives like Wow Butter or maybe a seed based butter.

Almond Butter Bites (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 2 min Rest Time 20 min Total Time 32 mins Servings: 8 Best Season: Suitable throughout the year

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place 8 cupcake cases on a plate

  2. Put a small amount of the melted chocolate in the bottom of each paper case

  3. In the centre drop a teaspoon of almond butter

  4. Cover the top with a layer of chocolate

  5. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes or until set

  6. Remove the paper cases and enjoy
