Ginger Soy Salmon with Noodles (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

Cook the noodles per the instructions on the packet

Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large shallow pan

Add the garlic, 1/2 teaspoon chilli, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger and 5 spice

Add in the vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes

Season with salt and pepper

Add in the noodles and soy sauce

Cook for a further 2 minutes

Use the remaining chilli, ginger and seasoning to sprinkle on the salmon and cook for about 4 minutes on each side in a hot pan

Serve the noodles with the salmon and some fresh coriander
