Garlic and Parsley Steak (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper

In a small bowl mix together the minced garlic, parsley and olive oil

Pour over the steaks, if you have time allow to marinade for a couple of hours

Heat up a grill or frying pan on a medium heat

Add the steaks and cook for about 3 minutes on each side (for medium)

Remove from the heat and allow to sit for about 5-7 minutes before serving

Serve with a selection of chargrilled vegetables and roast potatoes
