Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for Gluten and Dairy Free Cherry Choc Chip Frozen Yoghurt. I love making my own ice cream but it can take a bit of time. This is the perfect dessert if you are looking to prepare something quick and pop it into the freezer.
I used Alpro cherry yoghurt which my local supermarket stocks in the big sized tub. If you can’t get this you can always used dairy free natural yoghurt sweetened with a little maple syrup. For the dairy free chocolate sauce I used ChocShot, again if you can’t find this you can use melted dairy free chocolate instead.

Cherry Choc Chip Frozen Yoghurt Bar (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Line a 20 by 15 cm pie dish with clingfilm
Mix together the dairy free yoghurt, cherries and dairy free chocolate chips
Pour into the pie dish and spread evenly
Top with the chocolate sauce
Place in the freezer for a couple of hours or until frozen
Serve cut into slices or cubes
