Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.
It’s been quite cold again but thank goodness the wind and rain has stopped in Edinburgh for the last few days. The cold weather has made me crave warm filling breakfasts before I venture out to work. This apple and cinnamon oatmeal is super easy to make and is a great start to any day of the week.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Ingredients
Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan

Place on a medium heat and bring to the boil

Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes

Serve immediately

I topped mine with some extra apple, apple sauce and some more cinnamon
