Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spiced Overnight Oats.

For me overnight oats is the perfect breakfast – it is quick to make up the night before and super easy to grab out the fridge in the morning.  I’m always experimenting with new flavours and my favourite recently has been pumpkin spiced topped with dairy free natural yoghurt.

Pumpkin Spiced Overnight Oats (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the porridge oats, dairy free milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger and honey
  2. Leave in a sealed container overnight
  3. Layer up the pumpkin oats and dairy free natural yoghurt and serve
