Peanut Butter Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 oC

Cream the dairy free spread and sugar together until light and fluffy, about three minutes

Add the eggs, beating well between each addition

Mash the bananas and add to the mixing bowl

Spoon in the peanut butter

Add in the dry ingredients and mix well

Stir in the chocolate chips

Line a 1lb loaf tin with baking parchment or oiled well

Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes

Remove from the tin and leave to cool on a rack for an hour before slicing
