Hello everyone, survive the hot weather by starting your day with this refreshing Gluten Free and Dairy Free Mango and Peach Smoothie Bowl. Made with four simple ingredients – peach, mango, banana and fresh orange juice.

I can’t wait to finish all the technical website work I’ve been doing in the background. This week I have been moving hosting provider. Mango and Peach Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, peach, banana and orange juice in a blender

  2. Blitz until smooth and pour into a bowl

  3. Top with your favourite gluten free granola and fresh blueberries
