Place a drizzle of olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat

Add in the garlic, pepper and onion and sauté for 5 minutes

Pour in the chopped tomatoes and vegetable stock

Bring to the boil then add the chicken and pasta

Simmer for 15 minutes

Stir in the basil and season to taste
