Hello everyone, today’s recipe is for this simple but tasty Gluten Free and Dairy Free Five Spice Slow Roast Pork. I don’t use the slow cooker enough and after the success of this recipe I’ve challenged myself to come up with a few new recipes. I’ll share any that work out well and become a favourite of mine.
I had hoped to get for some fresh air this Sunday but it is snowing now! Hopefully it won’t last too long and I get out a walk. I’m spending the morning get caught up on the website posts for the rest of the week. I’m also doing some meal prep for the week ahead – blueberry chia pudding for breakfast, a veggie pasta salad for lunch and a chicken curry for dinner has been completed so far.
