Welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cinnamon Bun Chia Pudding.

For me, chia seeds fall into the category of things I never tried before being coeliac but now eat all the time!  Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients, antioxidants, fibre and protein making them a great start to the day.  I also like the fact that you can prep a couple of pots of this for a quick breakfast during the week.

I’ve got a load of different chia seeds on my website and today’s recipe is based on the warming flavours of a cinnamon bun.

  1. Whisk together the dairy free milk, maple syrup and cinnamon

  2. Stir in the chia seeds and raisins

  3. Allow to set in the fridge, preferably overnight
