Welcome to my latest breakfast recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cinnamon Bun Chia Pudding.
For me, chia seeds fall into the category of things I never tried before being coeliac but now eat all the time! Chia seeds deliver a massive amount of nutrients, antioxidants, fibre and protein making them a great start to the day. I also like the fact that you can prep a couple of pots of this for a quick breakfast during the week.
I’ve got a load of different chia seeds on my website and today’s recipe is based on the warming flavours of a cinnamon bun.

Cinnamon Bun Chia Pudding (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Whisk together the dairy free milk, maple syrup and cinnamon
Stir in the chia seeds and raisins
Allow to set in the fridge, preferably overnight
