Smooth creamy truffles made with dark and white chocolate

  • 65 grams dairy free white chocolate (melted)
  • 65 grams smooth peanut butter
  • 55 grams dairy free cream cheese
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 85g dairy free dark chocolate (melted)
  1. Whisk together the melted white chocolate, peanut butter and cream cheese

  2. Gradullay beat in the icing sugar

  3. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes

  4. Dvivide into 10 balls

  5. Dip the truffles in the melted dark chocoalte until fully coated

  6. Place on a baking sheet and allow the chocolate to set

  7. Store the truffles in the fridge
