Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten & Dairy Tiramisu Cupcakes.

It has been another busy week and my website has had a complete makeover.  I started to bring in the updates at the beginning of the week and so far it has received lovely feedback from my Facebook followers.

I was going for a more modern feel and trying to make better use of some of my favourite food photographs.  Over time I’ll be updating the recipes so they can be printed out in a recipe card format.

Back to baking rather than web design and today’s recipe is for tiramisu cupcakes.  I made these when the family got together to celebrate Mother’s Day.  I made a tiny baby version minus the alcohol and coffee for my little niece.
