Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Bars.
Pumpkin isn’t just for Halloween right? I bulk bought pumpkin puree as I love baking with it, so now I’ve done my Halloween style pumpkin recipes I’m going to use the rest to make everyday things.
These bars are simple to make and are great for breakfast with a dairy free yogurt and some fresh fruit. I also made some pumpkin spiced granola so I’ll share the recipe for that next week.

Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Bars (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Preheat the oven to 180 oC
Line a 6" square cake tin with tinfoil
Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
Allow to cool in the tin for 10 minutes then remove and allow to cool completely
Cut into 8 bars
