Welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Pear Bread.

’m always on the hunt for great gluten free bread and I think I have finally found it.  I did an online order with Wheat Free Bakery and bought enough bread and rolls to last a month – the freezer is full!  I think that will be the way forward for me now – they have everything from bagels, baguettes, cobs, potato scones and burger and hot dog buns.  Thought it was worth sharing incase anyone else is looking for some new gluten free bread to try out – this isn’t a sponsored post!

Today’s recipe is for this delicious, and easy to make, pear bread.  You can bake this on a Sunday, slice it, individually wrap each slice and place in the freezer so you can enjoy it fresh all week.  It makes a perfect mid morning snack or you could always have a slice with some fruit and dairy free yoghurt for breakfast.
