Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten and Dairy Free Apple Baked Oats.

Who is up for cake for breakfast?  This is a filling, and healthier, version of an apple and cinnamon cake that makes a great breakfast.  You don’t need to use apple – you can add any fruit you like.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 oC
  2. Mix together the oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon and chopped apple
  3. Divide between two individual casserole dishes
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
  5. Enjoy warm
