Smokey BBQ Ribs (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Place the ribs in a large pan of salted boiling water

Cover and boil gently for an hour

Heat the oven to 160 oC

Place the ribs in a casserole dish, coat with the BBQ sauce, cover in foil and bake for 1 hour

I served mine with coleslaw, Aunty Bessie’s gluten free oven chips and Tesco gluten free onion rings
