Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten & Dairy Free Coffee Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.
I haven’t made ice cream in ages so decided to have a go at updating the photos on my coffee choc chip recipe. This dessert is only made of four ingredient – espresso, coconut milk, maple syrup and dairy free dark chocolate chips.
If you don’t have an espresso machine then you can dilute 1-2 tablespoons of instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of boiling water – depending on how strong you like your ice cream flavour. Also if you find it hard to get dairy free dark chocolate chips finely chop up a small dairy free chocolate bar or omit them from the recipe.
