Gluten and Dairy Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 130 g gluten free plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • Beat together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, gluten free flour and baking powder
  • Wrap in clingfilm and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 180 oC
  • Line a baking sheet with parent paper
  • Roll the cookie dough into 1” diameter balls
  • Roll in the icing sugar and place on the baking sheet
  • Flatten
  • Bake for 12 minutes
