Hello everyone, welcome to my latest recipe for Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cinnamon Toffee Apple Polenta.
I’m all about polenta at the moment – you can do loads of stuff with it and it is naturally gluten free.
I know a lot of you have sensitivity to oats so I thought I would share with you a porridge style recipe that is gluten free, dairy free and oat free.
You can top this with anything to make a delicious breakfast – I’ve gone with caramelised cinnamon apples and a splash of dairy free milk.

Cinnamon Toffee Apple Polenta (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)
Place the apples, dairy free spread, cinnamon and brown sugar into a shallow pan over a medium heat
Cook for about 5 minutes or until the apples are soft
Place the polenta, dairy free milk and maple syrup into a small pan
Bring to the boil and simmer for a couple of milk or until the milk is absorbed
Pour the polenta into two bowls and top with the toffee cinnamon apples
